The house is located in the countryside in a very peaceful place.There are no inmediate neighbours but you are not isolated.You can walk to the next neighbour's house if necessary. Therefor you have privacy and safety too. As far as i know there is never crime in the area. I guess that some people find scary to be in the house in the middle of the countryside and every noise in the middle of the night (an owl o a rabbit!) frightens them..

Santa Eulalia is Ibiza s second large town with many shops, a good morning food market, the famous street of restaurants and the yacht harbour.
The villa is secured by an electric gate which gives a pleasant feeling of privacy and safety. There is an open-plan kitchen with dining room. The living room has satellite television and a CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a four-pit gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. You reach the pleasant covered terrace from the kitchen. The terrace has a dining table for 10 people.
