Casa Elisabeth is a very well kept villa with a lot of comfort. It's located in the middle of the island Ibiza and has a stunning view to Ibiza city and in the distance the sea and Formentera. The house is close by Santa Gertrudis, a lovely village with restaurants, a nice town square and playing ground. The location on the island is perfect to reach all areas of Ibiza in no time. A biological shop and bakery are just 2km drive form the house. Ibiza city only 10km and the airport 16km.
The house can be easily reached by a flat sand road. The house has an electrical gate and there is place for 3 cars. To whole plot is fenced. It has a nice pool, (7x5 meters, salt water) which can be heated on request, (€350 per week) and a beautiful garden, with an orchard where you can pick your own oranges, lemons and avocados.
You enter the house via a modern and fully equipped kitchen and which is connected to a dining room for 10 people. Next to the dining room you find a living room with a fireplace. On the other side you find 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed ( 180x200cm) and the other with a single bed (140x200cm) share a bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (180x210cm) and has his own en-suite bathroom with bad and douche. This room can be reached via the second bedroom or via the terrace.
On the other side of the house you find a 4th bedroom with a double bed, (180x210cm), a sofa bed ( 80x200) and a bathroom en-suite with shower. There is also an extra bathroom with shower and toilet next to the pool area. On the first floor there is a big studio form 85 square meters, with double bed (180x210) a simple kitchen, a sitting area, a bathroom with shower and a huge terrace.
The house is also equipped with an outside kitchen with stove, separate grill, oven, extra dishwasher and fire place. The house is of course fully airconditioned, but also very comfortable during the winter month due to central heating and heated floors in kitchen and living room. To make it even more complete, it has also a sauna. For the children there is a Ping Pong table in the garden.
We love to come there with our children, it’s a perfect family house and we want to share that with people who like quality, beautiful green surroundings, a marvellous view and people who take care of the house.
