Positive: Location, and the hotel was clean plus everyone was very accommodating

Negative: Unfortunately, when I said I didn’t enjoy my dinner, the plate was taken away but no one asked what was wrong or whether I would like something else. Some follow-up from the staff would have made the experience much better.
