Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Close to the Bernabeu stadium, a Corte Ingles and restaurants. Metro close too. Modern hotel, nice room. What annoyed me was that I arrived 13.30h and the reception immediately said check-in was not possible until 1500h, without checking the system if my room was ready. I go to Madrid regularly but this hotel lost me because of that.

Negative: Check-in policy, bed matras was ok (was not very firm/straight)

Summary: Modern & comfortable close to Bernabeu
