With a stunning view of Salinas, Ibiza city and the Mediterranean sea, the Villa Oliveira is a modern villa surrounded by 30.000 m2 of gardens, with palms and olives trees.
A beach style entrance pool 17m x4m with some chill-out areas with sunbeds and parasols to enjoy the relax moments, an outdoor dinning room for a barbecue evening.
By the large hall on the ground floor of Villa Oliveira we find 4 double bedrooms, with en suite bathroom with shower, then there is one further bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub , and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, for a total of 6 bedrooms.
All the sleeping rooms have TV and air conditioning.
On the lower level, where is the entrance , a spacious living room with a direct access to outside, from beautiful sliding glass doors and open kitchen, fully equipped.
Rentals Rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
