In this apartment guests will have at their disposal a huge terrace (equipped with jacuzzi) that is located on the top roof of the building, from where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sea view. Furthermore a shared swimming pool and parking space are available. The access to all the main attractions of Ibiza is at just 5 minutes walk, Talamanca beach at fews steps, Pacha (the most famous disco-club of the world) just around the corner, the most beautiful restaurants and bars of Marina of Botafoch and Marina of Ibiza are reachable in a while ( just crossing Avenida 8 de Agosto), the hospital is at 100 meters from the bulding, as well as the main bus stop and the taxi stop (that is in front of Pacha at 200 metres). Finally guests will be welcomed at check in by our staff , that will be ready to help for any kind of need during the entire stay until the check out. Rental rules A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
