Located just a few minutes from San Juan, in a very private setting, this 300 year old authentic finca has been restored so that the stone walls and the original wooden Sabina ceilings create an eclectic mix with both modern and traditional furniture and other modern features, such as air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.
The living areas are open-plan by design and include a wonderful bright dining area, snug area, modern fully equipped kitchen, and lounge area which leads onto a covered outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofas.
By the pool, you will find shaded areas created by various types of trees and several sun terraces for soaking up the rays while enjoying the superb panoramic views of the countryside and the Mediterranean in the distance.
The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, gas grill, dishwasher and a large stone table easily seating 14 persons - ideal for long relaxing dinner nights at home. There is also a huge garden with many peaceful hide-away spots.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have been completely remodeled to the highest standards and all have air conditioning. Most of the bedrooms are situated around a Moroccan patio with mosaic tiles and a central fountain.
This is the perfect getaway for multiple families, close to the nicest beaches on the island and some of the best evening restaurants.
