Fantastic two-storey house located in the quiet and coastal urbanisation of Sa Ràpita, where from 6 guests can be accommodated.
Extraordinary beauty and life are what emanates from the exteriors of this house. The majestic and beautiful building is surrounded by a a green garden, also around the chlorine pool, a little paradise for our guests. Imagine having breakfast in the morning under the porch while the sun reaches its zenith to make you to enjoy moments of relax on the 4 sun loungers or swimming in the pool. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.10 to 1.80 metres. If you prefer to quickly cool off or wash off the sand after a beach day -being the beach only 1.8 km away- you can use the outdoors shower. And maybe later, it is time to enjoy a delicious barbecue!
When you enter the house, which is decorated in a very stylish way, you find a spacious living room with AC and satellite TV, and open to the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen features a ceramic hob and a bar with stools to have a snack while the family chef cooks his best dishes. There are three bedrooms in total -all of them with AC, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom- and a toilet. The main floor offers the toilet and one of the bedrooms with a double bed, exit to the garden, and a bathtub bathroom. Going upstairs, you find the other two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a shower bathroom and the other with a double bed and a bathtub bathroom. Both have access to a great terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Two radiators complete the equipment.
Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal spot with an incomparable charm since it is very near the paradisaical and protected beaches of Sa Ràpita, Es Trenc or Ses Covetes. The village offers all basic services for an independent stay as well as a great variety of bars, restaurants and leisure. It is very well connected with the capital, Palma, which also is a must visit. You cannot miss its lively streets, the town centre and the amazing cathedral, La Seu.
