CASA EMMA is in a perfect location, 10 minutes walk to the main seafront and beautiful popular beach, restaurants and bars, 15 minuites walk to the old town and Harbour areas. Casa Emma is in a secure gated complex with ample road side parking should you decide to hire a car (not essential). There is also a full security alarm fitted to Casa Emma with 24 hour call out giving you added security During your stay. Casa Emma has a spacious open plan lounge/dining room furnished with a large L shape sofa, patio doors lead onto the terrace with outdoor eating area and brick barbecue , 43" flat screen internet TV and Bluetooth speaker. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Bosch coffee Machine, and dishwasher. An internal door leads into the Utility Room with a new 10kg washing machine and boiler for plenty hot water. There are 2 bedrooms, beautiful master with fitted mirrored wardrobes, patio doors leading onto shaded terrace, hairdryer and ceiling fan and full ensuite with large walk in shower. Second bedroom has twin beds and fitted mirrored wardrobes, hairdryer and ceiling fan also it’s own router to ensure full WIFI availability at all times. A further house Bathroom with full suite and overhead shower. Outside there is a large shaded sun terrace furnished with dining table and chairs also a brick barbecue for alfresco dining, separate lounging area perfect for morning coffee or a break from the sun, The safety gate leads down the steps to a private heated swimming pool and shower. Also cushioned sunloungers and parasol. Beach/pool towels and fans also are provided for your stay free of charge along with a welcome pack on your arrival consisting of: Wine, water, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. FREE fast fibre optic WIFI, weekly bed linen and Towel changes.
