Perfect for both families and couples the villa consists of 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, enter through the large patio doors to find a bright and spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning a flat screen TV with Internet TV, there is a large choice of UK channels, films and sport available to view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin sinks and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors leading to a balcony and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin. There are a further two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a separate family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin washbasins and a hair dryer. The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts a covered built in BBQ and dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. The 7m x 3m pool is electrically heated during the winter months. Enjoy sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers provided next to the pool or at the far side of the BBQ which has been Astro turfed. There is a covered games area and a ping pong table.
