Fantastic villa with 4 double bedrooms situated in a quiet and luxurious urbanization of Alcudia, in the heart of Bonaire, just meters from the beach.The house has one level where there is a large private pool (4.00×7.00×1.80 meters) with solarium and terrace furniture sunbeds counting for all guests. Accessing through large windows, you reach the living room, with satellite TV, comfortable sofas and a library.On the same floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen, along with a laundry room with access to the rear terrace.There are 4 double bedrooms with two single beds each of them, with air conditioning / heat pump itself and windows with exterior views. We also find two bathrooms with shower, double sinks and toilets.By having large terraces around the house and garden, a space is created extremely bright and cheerful.It is unusually wide having a capacity of 8 adults, fitting the possibility of staying 2 children in extra bed.Ideal for families or groups of friends willing to discover the magical corners of the island or just to spend a few days relaxing on the beach. It is located very close to many restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The nearest beach sand is 1 km from the villa.
