The house (300 m2) is surrounded by a large garden and an extension of fruit trees, it has large open terraces and a covered terrace of 110 m2 fully equipped with the necessary amenities to enjoy the dreamy and quiet environment.The ground floor has a very spacious living room and dining room, both with a fireplace, another living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with top quality elements, a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry area. The upper part has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two other bedrooms with a large bathroom and a reading hall. It is worth noting the perfect condition in which the entire house and its facilities are found, being the same top quality and with the maximum comforts. The pool is wonderful and measures 14.5 meters by 6.5 meters I am available to guests at all times.
