Villa Paradise is a modern luxury villa located in the quiet residential area of “La Muntanyeta” in Calella.
The villa has been built and decorated with high-end quality materials.
With its glass facade, you’ll enjoy the stunning sea views from almost every room in this villa!
It is the first year that we are renting out this holiday home, which is why we do not have reviews yet. However you can read reviews of the rest of the villas we manage so that you have an idea of our level of quality and service.
On street level there’s a large private garage for your car. More cars can be parked on the street.
On this level there’s a play/TV room, ideal for children, with TV and lounge area. Separate toilet. Here you’ll also find a bar and cellar.
Elevator from street level to all floors.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with open-space fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen and dining area.
From here you have direct access to the pool area with infinity pool, sun loungers and chill out area. Exterior dining area with table and BBQ.
The views from the terrace are amazing!
Ample washing room with washing machine and plenty of storage.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms:
- master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom: bath tub, separate shower, double sink and toilet. Stunning views!

On this floor there’s an open area with desk.
On the second floor you’ll find the fourth double bedroom (double bed) and third bathroom (with shower).
At the backside of the villa you’ll find another large terrace with wooden children’s playhouse, with a play kitchen inside.

The beautiful sandy beaches of Calella are a 5min drive down (20min walk).
The center of town and supermarkets are less then a 5-min drive.
Calella is a popular destination on the coast as it is a lively town with many restaurant options, shops, etc. Barcelona is easily reachable by car (50min) or by train ride from Calella’s train station.
Inside the villa you will find a personalised info book about the area and tips and suggestions about restaurants and the latest hotspots!
