Located just 1.2 km from the beach, you will enjoy easy access to sandy shores and the charming fishing village of Tamariu (750m downhill) where you can indulge in delicious family meals at one of the charming family-run seafront restaurants.
The entrance hall flows seamlessly into a spacious and light open-plan living room complemented by sliding patio doors that lead out to the inviting garden and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a centre island with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, and convenient access to the back garden and an adjacent laundry room.
The ground floor also features two double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and the other with shared access to a well-appointed shower room. A staircase leads upstairs to a cosy reading room with vistas through large windows of the sparkling blue Mediterranean beyond. This level also contains two further double bedrooms, each equipped with en suite facilities that provide comfort and privacy for all guests.
