Positive: The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed, including all the kitchen gadgets we could hope for - even a juicer and a cheese grater - this is unusual in our experience so was greatly appreciated. We asked for the pool to be heated for our arrival and it was. The furnishings are nice and the settee in the living room is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and different areas to relax in. There was an issue with the cooker however this was rectified quickly. We were provided with an air fryer the following day and the cooker was replaced a couple of days later. Communication with the host Werner and the property manager, Juan was excellent. They both went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel at home.

Negative: The only downside is the location, not in terms of the house itself, rather the village it is in. It may have been because we travelled early in the season, however Sa Rapita is very quiet indeed and you absolutely need a car. We didn't have one so felt quite isolated but that is completely our responsibility! It is in no way a reflection on the villa itself. I think if you had a car you would not mind the location at all. It was a shame there was building work going on right behind the villa also so workmen were overlooking us - again, this was completely out of anyone's control. The workmen did wave to us a couple of times which made it feel better!
