Positive: The reviews on here made me a bit uneasy about staying here during my three-day stay in Valencia. However, let's be real: it's a very cheap place for a great location for a short-term stay. It's clean, affordable, quiet, close to everything, bed is reasonably comfortable, clean sheets and towels every other day if you repeat it However, this place was completely fine for a short-term stay where you just want to have a good, clean, solid place to sleep, shower, and easily walk to areas. Is it a four star hotel? No. Is it better than a hostel? Yes! you can't beat the price and location full-stop. Is it amazing, no. Is it exactly what you need? Yes. Lower your expectations and see it as just a place to drop off your stuff, have a hot shower, and a place to sleep then you're good. Don't expect much and you'll be fine. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. When I messaged them to request a room change with a window, they immediately responded and switched me to a better room with a window at no extra cost.

Negative: My room initially didn't have a window which wasn't in the description. However, the team quickly switched me to a different room right away when I told them I would like to switch if possible. The bathroom shower got VERY hot and if the shower handle if not placed correctly, it would create a puddle on the floor right away. However, easy to fix. Again, lower your expectations that this is essentially an upgraded hostel, you'll be fine.
