Summary: The best service at a hotel I have EVER experienced. I can’t imagine going back to Edinburgh and staying anywhere else. Location was amazing and the staff and service was next level. We had our 6 month old with us and they included so many amenities (baby bath, baby toiletries, bottle warmer and sterilizer, and more), truly made me feel at ease. Worth the splurge.
