Balcon de Caraspite is a beautiful property with outstanding, 100% secluded location and views in beautiful Andalucia. The home is decorated in rustic materials (terracotta floors and beamed ceilings) and furniture - and invites you to relax and socialize with family and friends. Open plan kitchen with dining area for 8 people and living room with fireplace. In the kitchen, all equipment is quality.
The house consists of:
Main house with 1 masterbedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. 2 additional rooms with 1 bathroom. In addition, there is a lovely separate 1-bedroom guesthouse, bath and sauna.

The house is 165 m2, the plot of 2000 m2, which is completely undisturbed. Lovely, large pool of 9 x 4 m (min. Depth 165 cm - max. Depth 200 cm) with outdoor shower. Lovely pool area with tiled terraces and sun loungers. Our house and pool are looked after and looked after by our Spanish gardener.

Balcon de Caraspite is the perfect holiday home for those who want a relaxing holiday in stunning scenic surroundings and who appreciate a good and functional house in true Spanish style. Here you get down to speed, with no noise or other disturbing elements. The area is perfect for hiking, running and cycling in the mountains where you can easily travel without getting on busy roads. If you want to combine your campo holiday with a beach holiday, it only takes 20 min. by car to reach beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches, with beach bars serving freshly caught seafood, and renting sunbeds at very reasonable prices. There is a local golf course 15 minutes drive from the house and several within 1 hour drive.
The surrounding pueblos all have a regular market day, with local merchants selling their goods (seasonal fruits and vegetables, local wine, almonds, honey, ceramics and braids).
If shopping is to be done on the program, Málaga is less than an hour's drive from the house - and with its impressive selection of everything from high-street fashion stores to delicious delicatessen with local goods, the city is worth a visit. Visit the Picasso Museum or the beautiful cathedral at the same time. You can easily take one-day trips to Granada, where impressive Alhambra awaits, genuine Spanish bodega visits to Jeres de la Frontera (Sandeman sherry, etc.) or how to see the beautiful Pura Raza Andaluz stallions performing in high dressage at The Spanish Riding School?
1.5 hours drive from the house you will find the jet-set port city of Puerto Banus, where the designer shops (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci, Jimmi Choo, La Martina etc.) are located side by side with exclusive restaurants on the fashionable harbor promenade.
In Sierra Nevada, located approx. 2 hours drive from the property, there is the possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country) from October to Easter - otherwise you can just visit the stunning natural area with a visit to a beautiful restaurant (venta) with authentic and well-prepared Spanish regional dishes.
