This wonderful house surprises with its simple but marvellous interior terrace, equipped with nothing less than a beautiful saltwater pool, a barbecue and a furnished porch area to enjoy pleasant meals or evenings. In addition to a refreshing dip in the pool, which measures 5 x 3 metres and is 1.1 to 1.7 metres deep, you will love sunbathing on one of the two sun loungers or reading a book while reclining peacefully on them. But best of all, the beach is also nearby, just 600 metres away. At the front, there is also a furnished terrace where you can have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset with family or friends. Inside, you will find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with air conditioning. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. There are two bathrooms with showers and three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, wardrobes, fans, space for a cot and a high chair wherever you prefer. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are on the terrace. S'Estanyol is a beautiful coastal area ideal for beach lovers, but not just any beach, rather those paradisiacal beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. The closest is S'Estalella, located 600 metres away, although we recommend visiting Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita or Ses Covetes.
