Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Welcome to Sala I, an impressive villa located only 5 Min. walking distance from the beach of Calpe where a large number of restaurants, bars and shops can be found right by the coastline. This villa combines perfectly the atmosphere of both, the seaside and the countryside. Located in a very central area, its large plot and views over the superb Mediterranean landscape are the ideal option for families to join together and spend an unforgettable holiday in a traditional refined villa.
The drive offers parking for a total of 5 cars, which leads to a very spacious terrace with different sun patios. The large private swimming pool forms the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a tennis table, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in BBQ, all encompassed by an attention-to-detail Mediterranean garden. The spacious exterior will make you feel like heaven on earth.
Villa Sala I is a Four-storey holiday home connected through internal stairs. A large covered patio with a dining table leads into a living/dining room decorated with traditional wood furniture and wooden beams, equipped with Sat+TV+DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. We follow toward a double bedroom with bathroom, a shower room and the utility room for the washing machine. Internal stairs lead to the second floor, where you can find a single bedroom, more steps lead up to another level with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms share a full bathroom and a shower room. We continue going another set of stairs up to the fourth floor with a bedroom with a single bed.
Next to the villa we find a patio with an exterior shower-wc, and an annex apartment with a cozy living/dining room with an open kitchen 1 twin and 1 double bedroom haring a shower room. This incredible home will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.
