Layout of the villa:
With 270 m² of living space, the house is distributed over 3 floors, the first floor which is accessed by a first flight of stairs of about 15 steps approx, has a pool area and a WC with shower. Going up a second flight of external stairs we access to the second floor of the villa, where we find the main house with a nice living room with beautiful views to the sea and to the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach, air conditioning and heat pump, sofa area with satellite tv, dining table, pellet cooker and a nice terrace with table to eat outside that communicates with the kitchen. The beautiful kitchen has nice open views to the sea and the terrace and is fully equipped. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and heat pump, a complete bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with a 135 cm bed.
Going up some internal stairs we reach the upper floor where the first thing we find is a nice and bright living room with a decorative fireplace, TV, air conditioning, dining table and sofa, from this room you can access a terrace with magnificent views. A complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning with heat pump, and the fourth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

With 900 m2 of plot, the villa has access via a steep ramp where there is space to park 2 vehicles outdoors. The villa has several terraces and garden areas with plants native to the area.
