Enjoy the sunrise over the sea! Villa Benavero is a stand alone villa with 195 m2 of living surface on fenced a plot of 800m2. Most parts of the garden are protected from views , no windows of neighbour houses heading to pool area.
The villa has been built in the late 70s and was entirely refurbished recently but conserving the original charme of the epoque. The interior is furnished with quality furniture with a touch of antiques.
There are two indipendant apartements, one on each floor with its private parking and garden. The big 8x4m pool is connected to the upper floor. Each apartement offers 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 queen-siz), kitchen, diner place and salon. Booking up to 4 person you will be offered the upper floor with pool. More than 4 persons the second apartement will be open as well.
The old palms and plants are offering a wonderful tropical garden and different terraces on several levels invite to just enjoy the privacy you expect. Here you find a shady pergola for hot summer nights and a cosy, wind protected barbecue area.
The villa is situated in the almost top row of the exclusive urbanisation Ortenbach and offers undistorted views over Calpe, the Penon d'Ifach and down to the sea. With this house we offer to you all amenities for a perfect stay
Calpe is situated on a sunny beachline protected against the cold north winds by the surrounding mountains. This mirco climate offers you 10 and more sunny hours a day from midth of march to midth of oktober. Explore the Region with a hired car, go out fishing or visit exciting diving locations and golf courses. Or join the sportsmen that are coming here for biking, swimming and jogging.
Our villa is looked after by a poolboy and gardener who comes once a week.
Change of towells and linen weekly.
