We are proud to present this modern villa in Cabo Roig with private outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and unobstructed views out to the Mediterranean Sea. This property has been recently modernized inside and has a good air-conditioning system located throughout. Situated on the cliffs of Cabo Roig with direct access at the bottom of the garden to the Hiking trail that runs from La Zenia to Cabo Roig, with access to the beach. This property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation at any time of the year.
The Space:
As you enter the property through a large entrance hall, that has spectacular views of the swimming pool and the sea beyond. The hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a superb breakfast bar. There are large sliding doors across the back of the property that make the most of the views and take you out to the large garden and pool area.
You go upstairs and are greeted by ocean views via the large sliding doors on the second living room. In here you have a cosy L-Shaped sofa, coffee table and sideboard with Smart television. From here you can exit on to the large wrap around balcony, where there are multiple areas for sitting and relaxing and enjoying your time in the sun.
To the left of the upstairs living room is the master bedroom. With a king size bed, bedside cabinets, Smart TV and built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bath and shower.
The second bedroom faces out onto the quite cul-de-sac and has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of draws and en-suite bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower.
Across the landing is the third bedroom which also has en-suite bathroom with walk shower and access to the wrap around balcony. There is a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes as well as a comfortable arm chair.
You go back downstairs and to the left is the forth bedroom; this is equipped with twin single beds, bedside cabinets and a chest of draws.
Across the hall is the fifth bedroom, with a double bed with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet.
The sixth bedroom is the only downstairs bedroom with en-suite. This bedroom has twin single beds that can be pushed together or left separate depending on the guests needs.
The family bathroom is on the ground floor and has a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
On the outside, with direct access to the private garden of the villa, there is a large private pool and Jacuzzi. This Villa also offers sun beds where you can lie and enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine, there is an outdoor kitchen and BBQ with an outside dining table perfect for dinner alfresco with family and friends.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located this property is right on the coast for access to several blue flagged beaches. A multitude of bars and restaurants are located on the Cabo Roig strip which is just a 5 minute drive away. Alternatively you have a section of bars and a restaurant at the marina which is a 5 min walk away from the property. This part of the Costa Blanca is also a golfer’s paradise with 5 courses within a 20 minute drive (Las Colinas, Lo Romero, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin).
