It was built in 1929 by a well known spanish architect to host guests for the Universal Exhibition that took place in Seville. Rehabilitated in 2003 to maximum quality standards. The neighborhood is called Heliopolis and it is a must see when traveling to Seville. Typical Andalusian white houses sourrounded by orange trees. It has an independent main room in two stages with a huge independent closet at the lower stage and the room upstairs with bathroom and a big terra e with nice views. Two othe bedrooms with two beds each and terra es sharing a bathroom. A fourth room with king size bed, ensuite bathroom and terrace. There is a small room with bathroom with independent entrance from the patio (maid'sroom). The house has got swimming pool. Former house of a prestigious Sevillian sculptor, the house has got many pieces of his work including three stunning pergolas.
