Casa Albero, constructed in 2015, is a luxury 3 bedroom house with all modern amenities on hand to make for a fabulous family holiday. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms or wet rooms in colours teamed with the bedrooms. The magnificent lounge overlooks the swimming pool (8M X 4M) and the mountains, as does the dining room, adjoined by a stunning modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is kitted out with NEFF appliances hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, integrated coffee machine plus an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water on tap. All designed to add the WOW factor to your holiday. In the lower floor is the Art Deco style Professional 4K Home Cinema Room with an extensive library of movies, Apple TV and Internet connection for your favourite subscriptions too. For the young at heart there is an American style diner and games room with genuine Elvis pinball machine, genuine Rock-Ola jukebox and snooker table. The Games room is set up with bar, table and sofa (can be made up as a double bed). Also there is a fourth luxury shower room and WC and a separate handy utility room fitted with washing machine, dryer and sink. The property has air conditioning or heating to all rooms operated by an energy saving Heat Pump which serves for cooling as well as heating. For wintertime, there is underfloor heating and a wood burning stove to the lounge. The lounge has seating for 6, a 55 inch TV with access to most UK channels (IPTV), a DVD/Blu Ray player, quality HIFI and SONOS sound system which feeds the dining room, terrace, master bedroom and a portable speaker for inside or outside. There is an additional TV and DVD player in the twin bedded bedroom for the kids who be wanting to watch their own programmes. Externally there is an extensive terrace for sun bathing or just relaxing by the swimming pool. There are two shaded soft seating areas one set in the garden and the other on the terrace. Ideal for relaxing whilst reading a book with a glass of wine. Also there is dining table for those alfresco meals, and chatting at the end of the day, watching the sun go down. Then there is an outside kitchen BBQ which can be used for the BBQ dad's who wish to make a contribution to the cooking!
