Casa Laurana is a beautiful south facing five bedroom villa which is approximately 185 square metres in size. The extensive refurbishment of the villa was completed in 2010. The villa is light and airy and laid out in on one level. It is tastefully furnished throughout with an open plan kitchen area which has been fully equipped to high modern standards and includes a dishwasher and built in microwave.
The Living Room has a pleasant seating area with an attractive open log fireplace. The Living area enjoys attractive south facing views over the garden and pool area.
There is a satellite TV , CD , DVD system and an iPod docking station. WIFI will allow you to keep in contact with the office!
Outside, Casa Laurana enjoys its own beautifully maintained private south facing garden with mature feature pine trees that can be illuminated in the evening. There is even a tree that may provide lemons for your Gin and Tonic!
For those with more energy, we have an outdoor Ping Pong table which will provide endless hours of fun! The swimming pool provides an opportunity to cool down. The pool may be heated during the winter months, if required, for an additional fee.
