The villa, built in 2015, is in a quiet street of private houses, only 1 km from the beach and from the centre of Cala Murada at 1,5 km. Restaurant and supermarket at 700 m. A beautiful garden of 1300 m² partly fenced, surrounded by hedges, cypresses and a variety of plants. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, salt electrolysis is open all year round) is surrounded by gardens and a large lawn. The sun terrace has 6 sunbeds, sunshades and an outdoor shower. A large terrace next to the pool with a nice furnished porch. Barbecue. Garage. A second terrace with porch next to the house. The villa is a modern, tastefully decorated and high quality property. Tiled floors. Sat-TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, stereo, Internet (WLAN included). Storage room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, air-conditioning, oil central heating.
Cala Murada is situated on the southeast coast of Majorca, between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo, 66 km from Palma. In the small town centre you will find a hotel, a supermarket and several restaurants inviting you to taste the culinary specialities of the island, all surrounded by large holiday houses and villas with gardens, green areas and quiet streets. The beach has a comfortable bar/restaurant from where watching the blue sea is a real pleasure.
