Villa IRAZÚ is a beautiful villa located at the top of the Barranco del Quíquere, an exclusive and quiet enclave made up of a set of cliffs and natural volcanic stone coves in the south of Lanzarote, between the tourist centers of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Its magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, as well as the peace that the environment emanates, make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the essence of this special island.
The villa, with an extension of 250 m², consists of three double bedrooms with private TV and built-in wardrobes, two complete bathrooms and a toilet. The spacious living room with dining room and the fully equipped designer kitchen offer direct views of the spectacular cactus garden and the heated pool through large windows. The covered porch gives you the possibility to have lunch or dinner outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze in complete calm. The property also has a recently renovated sauna, a fully equipped private gym and a barbecue with a chill out area. Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is an outdoor parking inside the property.
From the villa you can reach the end of the Barranco del Quíquere in five minutes on foot and continue along the trails on a pleasant walk to Puerto del Carmen or Puerto Calero along the coast. The property offers very good communications with the main roads of Lanzarote, without losing the privacy of the environment.
Despite its great location, we strongly recommend renting a car to get to the villa (last part of the way is off-road and taxis refuse to do pick ups in that part of the way) and to be able to move freely around the island.
