Positive: Staff was very nice and effective, the location of the hotel is really good to get around with Metro/subway. The hotel is clean, have most of things one need and there are some good restaurants around

Negative: A few small details are missing, such as a toilet brush or the option to skip a day of cleaning; although it is explicitly stated that the towel hanging in a certain spot will not be changed (which is exactly what I wanted), this happened every day.
