The house is built on the same land as the owners, but with totally independent entrances, through different streets. It has a private and closed garage. NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSING
The house has 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a chaislong sofa bed (2 places) located in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, kitchenware and washing machine. The bathroom is complete with shower and bidet. It consists of bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning. It also has a small interior patio for breakfast or dinner, equipped with terrace furniture and BBQ.
The POOL IS SHARED, only with the owners, as well as the large terraces equipped with garden furniture (sunbeds, gazebo, etc.). In these terraces there is another bathroom with shower, shared.
It is a quiet place, ideal to rest and relax.
The house is located in an ideal environment for holidays. Almuñécar is the nerve center of the Costa Tropical of Granada, with a subtropical microclimate with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year. Almuñécar is a tourist place that still conserves its essence of Andalusian and previously Arab town. Where you can taste many meals and typical tapas in the area (crumbs, fried fish, etc) and tropical fruits (cherimoyas, mango, níspolas, avocados ...); and enjoy many popular festivals, mainly in summer, and specifically in August. Every Friday there is very close to the house a market of clothes, footwear and accessories, famous throughout the region.
