Choice of 5 beaches within 5/10 minutes drive (or 10 minute bus ride). The villa accommodation is set over 3 levels (see details below) there is FULL air conditioning to all rooms, WIFI internet, TV with Norwegian / English channels, Ping Pong table, private swimming pool with poolside dining area and sunbeds and large umbrella for shade, to the rear of the property are pretty gardens and plus a large shaded gazebo with large outdoor dining table for 10 persons , Gas BBQ and drinks fridge. The villa is furnished to a high quality comfortable standard.

The whole villa has been painted white, The pool terrace has been modernised with new floor tiles around the pool , plus all new garden furniture (dining table chairs, sunbeds, umbrella etc), new furniture on the upper lounge terrace , new sofas in the lounge, new king size bed in master bedroom , additional TV installed in the outside shaded dining area watch the Euro 2020 football outside ! (we have added new photos of the upgrades - see photos shown after the main photos)
Location
Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 7 minutes by car /taxi or 10 minutes by bus (pick up point is 3 min walk from the villa). The villa is just 2 minutes walk from new Los Balcones Park with green zones, football pitches, basket ball court , ping pong tables, large children play area, Visit Torreveija town centre 10 min drive (car /taxi) or 15 minutes by bus.

Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, cafes & bars to choose from.
