This beautiful country-style finca between Manacor and Porto Cristo is in an absolutely peaceful location and offers sweeping views over the countryside. Here you will find relaxation.
First floor:
Here you will find the kitchen with access to the terrace and a large, light-flooded living room with sofa corner by the fireplace, dining area and access to the covered terrace. From here you have a fantastic, wide view over the hilly landscape. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a single bedroom (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower room.
Second floor:
Here you will find a living room with sea view and sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds (150 cm x 200 cm) and a shower room. One of the bedrooms has access to a small balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoor area:
The spacious garden is beautifully landscaped. The pool is close to the house, with a lawned area and beautiful sea views. There is a large, covered terrace with seating and plenty of shady trees.
The neighboring house Can Moleto , located below the property, can also be booked through Finca Mallorca.
Pool:
9 m x 4.50 m, ladder entry, cleaning with chlorine, sun loungers.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may be incurred if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
