The road infrastructure in the Murcia region is modern and extremely easy to navigate. The tranquil Mar Menor, with over 10km of beautiful beaches and its beachside towns/ villages is only 20 minutes away & the beaches on the Mediterranean can be reached in 25 minutes. The historic but fashionable cities of Murcia and Cartagena are each around a 25 minute drive – although they have countless shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities, they are both extremely pleasant and typically Spanish, with stunning architecture and attractive plazas. There are two water parks, many modern shopping centres and well over 20 golf courses within a 25- 30 minute drive, as well as numerous local markets, bars and restaurants.
