Surrounded by fields and near a forest, this house is 650 metres from the town centre of Lloret. The area is lovely for cycling and hiking and you may visit the picturesque villages of Pina and Costitx. Each Wednesday takes place the market of Sineu where you can buy fresh groceries from the local farmers. The northern beaches, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, are a 30 minutes’ drive while the capital, Palma is 45 minutes by car. A car is necessary.
The exteriors feature a furnished terrace, an outdoor shower, 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a barbecue and a private, 10 x 7 metres salt water pool, which has a depth ranging from 1 and 2.30 metres. Inside, you may relax in the living-dining room and watch TV (satellite channels). The kitchen is well-equipped and counts with a gas cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and an oven. This villa has 4 bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and 3 shower baths. Our guests enjoy free Wifi, fans, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a cot and a high chair (on request.)

Parties are not allowed. The owner’s don’t accept youth groups less than 27 years, except families with children.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years.
