Nice Villa with private pool for 6 persons near Roche, with wifi On the edge of the pine forests of Roche and only just over 2 KM from the local fantastic beaches you have this beautiful new villa on a large plot of about 1.200 m2, surounded by a beautiful garden.
With regard to equipment and premises it can only be described as the spacious - it stands out from the usual holiday homes. It has a floor-heating, which can be regulated in every room separately. The use is not included in the price during the winter months and costs an additional €80 per week.The house is the ideal home in winter.

- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds downstairs, one with a king size bed in 1st floor with subsequent dressing room and private balcony and bathroom.
- 2 bathrooms in total, on the ground floor and on the 1st floor with shower

The house has some 150 square meters.
The pool measures approximately 5 x 10 m and is completely fenced - there is also a shower and garden beds
Several large parasols are available, also a barbecue and outdoor-kitchen, with table and chairs.

The beautiful, vibrant city of Conil is about 6 Km away. Several golf courses are just 10 minutes by car.
