At the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains (World Heritage Site) in the middle of the wine-growing area of Binissalem lies this historic 18th century finca, a unique jewel on the island of Mallorca. Finca Veronika is a luxury finca with a storied past. It has a large park for multiple uses and a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains.
The house of this luxury finca covers approx. 600 m² and is a successful combination of old walls, modern, partly puristic interior, as well as contemporary technology. High-quality parquet and terracotta floors dominate this property, which is furnished in an elegant country house style. The main house has four double bedrooms on the first floor, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, two with separate dressing rooms. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom and there is an additional en suite flat with a separate entrance to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, two large salons with three open fireplaces, a dining salon, kitchen with dining area and a study with fireplace. The living area is south-facing - to the north-west there is a magnificent view of the mountain range.
Outside and in the beautiful grounds are other buildings, a painter's studio, hacienda-style stables and riding arenas, garages and a delightful little church picturesquely nestled in the finca's park. Several sunny and covered terraces are inviting and underline the charming character of this property. The typically Mallorcan property has four hectares of land and is surrounded by almond orchards, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees. The one-hectare park with its Mediterranean variety of plants and flowers creates a very special ambience. The park of the finca with its palms, cypresses, bourganvillas, orleanders, hibiscus and roses surrounds the residence and conveys a dreamlike Mediterranean atmosphere - a unique ambience.
Sun loungers and parasols provide the setting for leisure hours by the pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi ensures a wellness feeling. A romantic pavilion also invites you to linger.
The tennis court and the riding arena are floodlit and can be reached via a path lined with orleanders and palm trees that leads past the duck pond. The park is also home to white and colourful peacocks that accompany you on your way through the grounds. For the little ones, there is a large children's playground.
