Villa Valeria is a family owned holiday home situated on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen off Av. Italia. The villa is 300 metres from the promenade, beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport (cost roughly 20 Euros).

South facing sun terrace so the pool has the sun all day. Pool is solar heated (October to April only). Pool 7 x 3 metres (depth 1.25-1.55m) with Roman steps.
There is an upper terrace off the living room with partial sea views, built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen on upper floor with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master double (king bed) bedroom has an adjoining twin bedroom which will sleep 2 children. There are two other twin bedrooms. All 3 main bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. No air conditioning anywhere else in property. Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children. Children aged 2 and under do not count towards occupancy.
Bathroom with shower downstairs. Further bathroom with bath upstairs.
Mini fridge with ice compartment downstairs for convenience when at the pool.
