Villa Sant Pere is ideal for groups of up to 20 guests. Located in Sant Pere de Ribes 5 kms from Sitges which is only 20 minutes from Barcelona and on the sea, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the Catalan countryside and take advantage of the bustling city life of Barcelona. Villa Sant Pere has 10 well appointed bedrooms, and over 500 m2 of living space. The very large pool is located in the garden which is over 4,000 m2! There are several areas to relax and enjoy your holiday both inside and outside of the house. Villa Sant Pere also has a sauna for your enjoyment.
It is possible to arrange for private yoga lessons, a personal trainer, private cooking lessons, wine tastings, vineyard tours and much, much more!

The villa has two parts, the main villa and the wing. Entering the main building you will find the dining area with access to the living and kitchen. The dining area has a long table and welcome desk where tourist information and a telephone is provided. There is access to the guest room with toilet from here, as well as to the romantic patio with lounges.
The living room features a lounge with two big comfortable seats and low table. The book shelves are full of picture books, English and Spanish novels, and books for kids. There is also DVDs for kids and adults, as well as an iPod Dock. The plasma television has satellite and local channels and is provided with an All Surround Sound System. The enormous L-shaped sofa hosts all guests, enjoying a movie or the fireplace. From the living room you can access the perfect terrace for sunset watching, with view over the grass field and fountain.
From the dining room you enter the kitchen, fully equipped with:

The kitchen gives access to the barbecue area, with sitting area for 8 guests. From there you will access the garden with long dining table for up to 24 guests. From the barbecue area you can access the cleaning area, provided with First Aid Kid, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Via the kitchen, passing the storage room, you enter the “Pinos” bedroom.
Going up the stairs, you will find 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms on the first floor. There is a balcony of 40 m² with seats and tables, overlooking the grass and pool area, with mountain view. The Wing of the villa features 3 bedrooms, and a Cottage, all with access to the patio.
The pool of 22 x 7m has several umbrellas, sunbeds and lounge areas. For kids, and adults, there is several pool and outdoor games. From the pool area there is access to the laundry area, provided with drying racks and detergent, with toilet. Next door there is a sauna with shower.
The property has central heating. Upon arrival the guest will be welcomed with a seasonal fruit basket.
All bathrooms are provided with soap, hairdryer, toilet paper. All bedrooms have mosquito nets, AC and own lock with key. The beds come per person with 2 pillows, 1 duvet, its bedlinen,3 towels and 1 pool towel.

Cipresos I: King size bed (could be divided into 2 single beds), shared bathroom with Cipresos II with shower and toilet, access to patio with 2 seats and table.
Cipresos II: Two single beds, shared bathroom with Cipresos I, access to patio with 2 seats and table Via Cipresos I you will enter Cipresos II to get to the bathroom. Both rooms have private access door with lock to the patio.
Bedroom 10 “Cottage” – Ground Floor, Wing

Guests can also enjoy the sauna which has a shower room next to it. The barbeque area is also perfect for outdoor meals and enjoying the mild weather in Sitges. The villa is only 5 minutes from the beach!
