The property is accessed through a private road that gives access to a few other properties, although Rafal Antic enjoys total and absolute privacy. A cobbled patio leads us to the main entrance of the house, made up of an elegant arch and a traditional wooden door.Stone floors, interior walls, terracotta tiles and oak beams give this charming house great character. The hall behind the main entrance leads to the dining room, which in turn communicates with the terrace and pool area. For its part, the kitchen is very classic in style. It has an original solid stone sink, as well as other amenities such as an electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge / freezer is in the living room, while the washing machine is located in an outside room, close to the pool area. The living room features a stone-lined wall and an elegant, purely decorative fireplace.Adjacent to this living room is a hallway with an additional bathroom and stairs leading to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Still on the ground floor, it is worth mentioning that there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Also, on the left, stairs lead to the upper floor.
