This 7-bedroom luxurious villa spanning 3 floors situated amidst seven thousand square meters of the garden area that overlooks the Mediterranean has a fascinating history of ownership. Once owned by the famous Hollywood actress Madeleine Caroll and then by Glenn Tipton, a Grammy-award winner artist, the house reflects their rich and elegant taste mixed with typical Andalusian characteristics.
The stately country house is designed to impress the guests with its lavish décor, bright and beautiful rooms, airy spaces and vintage artifacts. The entrance hall has a warm ambiance with an intimate alcove and a timeless typewriter. It has sofa sets, an ambient fireplace, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and windows all around that keep the atmosphere light and breezy. There is an equally inviting second bedroom with a sitting area and overlooking the garden outside. There are numerous sitting and lounging spaces with games and books library in the villa, both inside and outside.
The imposing dining hall has an antique stone fireplace and a custom made heavy wooden dining table set for 12 guests. The grand kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with appliances such as a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a cooker hob and an American fridge. There is a large terrace with an al-fresco setup, a barbeque and a daybed overlooking the garden oasis. In the center of the villa is a Moorish-style inner patio with a fountain designed built on the lines of Alhambra in Granada. It is a tranquil space that allows access to all the common spaces and the upper level where all the bedrooms are housed.
There is also a secret garden with mountain ranges in the backdrop that makes it perfect for enjoying picnics. The stone staircase reminds one of Hollywood sets as it descends into the pool with two leaping dolphins and overlooking the mountain ranges.
