Villa Nevada is a beautiful air-conditioned villa in an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. in the stunning area of Puerto Pollensa on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Fully air-conditioned through out. The downstairs living areas are best described as "open plan", the kitchen leads onto a breakfast room / casual dinning area which opens onto a sitting and family room which leads onto a more formal dinning area this whole area is glass enclosed bright and cheerful overlooking the pool. The owner has a passion for large TV screens, therefore, the breakfast room and family room have a large ceiling mounted screen. In addition, there is a separate private cinema room with and even larger screen and sound system.

From our point of view as property managers and agent we particularly like the family and sitting areas which are genuinely spacious and will comfortably sit upwards of twelve people. In addition, these living areas look on to the swimming pool, allowing for watchful eyes to be kept on the younger members of the family playing in the pool.
In addition to overlooking the pool the family rooms look onto a large covered terrace and outdoor dinning area. Ideal for a long lazy lunch in the shade. For anyone that enjoys outdoor cooking there is a great BBQ area. Undoubtably the center piece of this area is the swimming pool surrounded by comfortable seating, sun loungers etc.
Moving upstairs we have a large master bedroom with en-suite, this bedroom is bright, spacious and sunny and opens onto a huge balcony ideal for a quiet morning coffee or sunset cocktail.
The second and third bedrooms like the rest of the house are bright and both twin bedrooms benefit from a large adjoining balcony with sun beds.
