LAYOUT: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath ) and toilet. It has a large space comprising lounge , dining room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It has a courtyard decorated with plants, which lets in plenty of light inside the villa. Downstairs there is two bedrooms (one double and two twin ) , a shower room and a seperate toilet.
EXTERIOR : It is beautiful garden surrounding the house , with grass , trees and palms. A furnished covered terrace, and an open terrace with garden furniture and private pool. Ther eis a portable BBQ and a fish pond.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira , on a dead en street, so there is little traffic . Near the sea and all amenities. In an area where we can find many restaurants and taste the Mediterranean cuisine.
OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING ( Two in the living room and in two rooms on the upper floor). Main bedroom ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs. FREE INTERNET.
