Villa Deu Quarterades is a lovely, spacious and comfortable farmhouse with a large garden and a fenced pool which makes it perfect for families with young children. This Villa also features a second sitting area on the first floor leading to a covered roof-terrace with views over the pool to the sea. The outside is a wonderful, relaxing and private space with well kept lawned gardens with some Mediterranean plants. Here you will find plenty of fruit trees which include pears, figs, olives and almonds. This beautiful country house is located in a quiet area close to Cala Ferrera and Cala D?Or, approx. 20-minute walk to the lovely beach of Cala Sanau. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is about 1.3km away. Cala Ferrera centre offers some shops, restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. Cala D?Or resort centre is around 2km away and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.
