CHARMING VILLA LOCATED IN JÁVEA (COSTA BLANCA) IN MEDITERRANEAN STYLE. For up to 12 guests.
LAYOUT: The main entrance leads into a hall with a piano on the left. A very decorative cloakroom is at our disposal. Immediately after, the light and airy living room, the dining room and the open plan kitchen open up to the outside where the swimming pool is located. All with access to the outside where the swimming pool is located. The large windows let in the light and make this place a real charm. To our left is the living room with a large sofa and armchairs, which can accommodate all the guests, a television and a coffee table. In the centre of the room is a large table and chairs with direct access to the terrace. The open plan kitchen has a bar as well as all the appliances and elements necessary to prepare fantastic meals for our friends and family. Back in the entrance hall, we have access to a first bedroom on our left with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower en suite. Opposite, the second bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds. A bathroom with shower is at our disposal. Climbing the stairs we access the upper floor where the other four bedrooms of the house are located: two of them with two single beds, one of them with a bathroom with shower en suite; and the other two with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: On entering the property we have access to a large parking space for three vehicles. To the right of the property we will find several areas at our disposal: the first one is a chill out area with several sofas with capacity for all the guests where we will be able to enjoy our stay having some refreshments; next we will find the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Under the porch we will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a table for all the guests. It will undoubtedly be a fundamental part of our stay. On the upper terrace we will find a bed where we can disconnect and relax watching the sunset. Climbing the stairs to the terrace we will access the solarium formed by several hammocks and a chill out area from where we will have views over the whole area as well as the sea.
SITUATION: Villa AQUAVISTA is located in a quiet area of Jávea but close to services such as restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. It is also close to some of the most beautiful bays of the Costa Blanca.
OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING IN THE WHOLE VILLA, FREE WIFI, PIANO CAN BE USED. PETS ARE ACCEPTED.
