Positive: The location was good. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and the space was pretty cute.

Negative: The process to upload passports was extremely difficult and took a long time. Their system did not work for submitting our deposit so we had to go to a physical location to make the payment and that took a long time. The master bedroom smelled of mildew & it looks like there was mold on the bedroom wall that is connected to the bathroom. The online door opening application was slow, our apartment door lock ran out of batteries and we could not get into our apartment for an hour one day.

Summary: The location was good, the apartment was underwhelming
