Beautiful modern detached villa - 180 m2 - built on two levels and has a luxurious pool area overlooking the harbor. The sleeping area is on the ground floor and kitchen and living rooms on the first floor. There are three balconies and a roof terrace with 360 views over Port d'Addaia. The house has a master bedroom with private bathroom and two other double bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have views over the Port d´Addaia and plenty of closet space.
There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, toaster, nespresso machine, blender, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the living room there is a television 55 "4K and Apple TV and WIFI connection.
In the newly renovated pool area there are six beautiful sunbeds and a handmade dining table with seating for eight and a Weber barbecue - all covered with a sail. There is a solar shower by the pool.
