The living area of 350 square meter and is distributed over several levels and is suitable for up to 10 people. This villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one on suite, three double beds and two with single bed, invite you to rest in a rustic Mallorcan and stylish setting. Only two bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The property has a large and spacious interior, various lounge areas and one with an open fireplace. You can enjoy dining inside at the main table or there are other dining options outside. This is a comfortable villa which is furnished in XIII century in traditional style.
Best with a tasty barbecue area with a wood-burning oven and garden furniture invites you to spend an afternoon with the family.
Wifi is also available throughout the property.
It has a swimming pool, with sun loungers, after a day full of activities, there is nothing better than coming home and swimming in the pool surrounded by natural grass or relaxing reading a book. Next to the pool area there is a playground perfect for young children
There are beautiful gardens, with well established trees and flowers totally private. You can park your rental car in the shade on the villa's grounds

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for long winter rental prices on request.Electricity supplement: 25 kWh of electricity included in the price per day. If this limit is exceeded, a charge of € 0.25 kWh is applied according to consumption.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
Smoking is not allowed inside of this property. This property does not accept any kind of parties. No pets allowed. Not adapted for disabled guests.

Santa Margalida is located in the Northern part and a town situated in the interior part of the island with a short distance from the norteast coast of Mallorca.
It is a perfect place for people that like to have a transquil holidays in a town where surrounded by cultivated agricultural fields.
The weekly market of Santa Margalida is every Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 up to 13:00 in the Plaza de la Vila. You can buy local fresh produce fruits and vegetables, cured processed meats, artesenal products and delicacies, handicrafts and many more.
The nearest beach resort of Can Picafort is just only 7-minute drive. Within 20-minute drive is the longest shoreline in Mallorca - the Alcudia beach. There are many water sports that you will surely love it like windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, banana boat, snorkeling, parascending and a lot more. Not far from the property is a 10-minute drive to the protected natural coast of Son Serra de Marina.
From Palma de Mallorca is just only 50-minute drive to the property.
