A 200 year old beautifully restored farmhouse next to a new building featuring an outdoor kitchen and terrace around the pool with palm trees, situated near the natural beach of Es Trenc with the town of Campos not far. The original house has a modern kitchen, fireplace and a gorgeous terrace surrounded by a citrus orchard.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own lock and key, and features its own en suite bathroom and shower (one with bathtub/shower combination). The property is fenced in by a low stone wall, with a front gate that closes for security.
The main feature is a spectacular private outdoor pool, with lounging chairs and large surrounding area to relax and take the sun, or in the shade. Competing with this is the orchard of citrus and other fruit trees, as well as cacti and other blooming plants.
Overlooking the pool is a large outdoor covered terrace that includes a comfortable seating area for up to 12 adults, a dining area that seats up to 12, and next to a fully equipped summer kitchen. This kitchen is where the washing machine is located, as well as an induction cook top, microwave, refrigerator, a cupboards/drawers containing everything required to enjoy meals. There is also a kitchen table to take breakfast and to relax and converse. Nearby is a large brick charcoal grill.
The old restored farmhouse is full of traditional charm, restored to a high standard, with all modern conveniences, and including AC (only in this part of the property) as well as ceiling fan in the bedroom. Off the bedroom is a door leading to a lovely outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, wheat fields, and mountains in the distance.
The entire property has a casual relaxed vibe, with clean lines and uncluttered decor. It is very well suited to large groups, but at the same time offers privacy and no need to share a limited number of bathrooms since there is one en suite off each of the bedrooms.
The location is ideal, 30 minutes drive from the airport, 35 minutes drive to Palma, and 10 minutes drive to the closest and wonderful beach of Es Trenc. In addition to the village of Campos, there are other charming villages close by, including Ses Salines.
