The environment of Finca Garrafa is exceptional, framed in the hill of the mountain with the same name, Garrfa, in the Serra de Tramuntana, within a farm of 700. 000 m2 in which the olive trees and cypresses, coexist with other Mallorcan species of great beauty like the laurels, the fig trees and the lemon trees where time stands still. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells.
The house is surrounded by several "���L" shaped terraces with natural shade. From the side terrace we access the impressive pool surrounded by a natural pond that provides an even more natural environment. A beautiful Balinese bed and deck chairs frame this relaxing area.
Finca Garrafa is an impressive Majorcan stone villa renovated with all the comforts and details of classical Balearic architecture.
We access the house by a distributor from which we can go up to the 1st floor where we find 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and a living room. If we stay on the ground floor we find the main room of 18 m2 with bathroom en suite, a living room with a large table for 8 people next to the kitchen opened by a large window, fully equipped and with another smaller table to enjoy the family breakfasts. After the dining room opens the living room with satellite TV 42 '', several sofas and armchairs very bright and with direct access to the main terrace.
On the first floor we find a second room with double bed and terrace, and 2 twin rooms, one of 12 m2 with bathroom ensuite and the other of 15 m2. Among them there is a large family bathroom and a second living room with 9 dining places and sofas.
For large groups, Finca Garrafa is located on the same farm as Finca Lluisa and can accommodate up to 14 people together.
In a few minutes we reach the beautiful village of Andratx surrounded by mountains and with a wide range of services and leisure. The coastal area of Camp de Mar with its beautiful beaches Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells is just a few minutes away by car.
