This villa is situated on a 500 sq meter plot that is privately enclosed with a large private pool.
We have a fantastic management company who look after the villa for us, we have a gardener who visits every month to ensure the garden is kept clean and our pool maintenance company visit twice a week to ensure the pool is in perfect condition.
This beautiful villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and will appeal to those of you wanting that little extra luxury.
The villa has an American Fridge/Freezer so you don't have the cost of buying water as the water is filtered and cooled through the fridge. There is also a dishwasher (you are on holiday after all!!). Our kitchen cupboards are well stocked with kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils, it is a kitchen home from home, we even have a Nespresso coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a galleria that leads to the roof terrace. There are 2 large storage cupboards in the galleria where we store Henry the vacuum cleaner, dishwasher salt, rinse aid, various cleaning products, bin liners etc. I stock it up and just hope people replace when it's gone, if not I'll replace when I'm out. There's nothing worse than having to buy cleaning, washing up products when you arrive. It certainly is not your usual basic villa rental kitchen. We appreciate you may not want to be spending your holiday cooking meals for everyone in the villa - so we have built a fantastic outdoor kitchen area with BBQ and pizza oven so you can cook outdoors if you wish ....and you don't just have to cook pizzas in the pizza oven!! The outdoor dining area is covered by a pergola to provide shade whilst dining and has electric festoon lighting
The terrace is partly enclosed and has luxury relaxing terrace furniture for the adults to relax in with a glass of wine on an evening. The terrace sideboard contains a selection of books, board games, first aid kit, sewing kit, and various other essentials you would have at home.
The living room has a 55 inch smart TV with sky glass App that gives every channel you could possibly want. It also gives Spanish, French and German TV channels. There is an aircon unit with hot and cold temperature control.
We provide free Internet which has just been upgraded and we now have 2 routers so that you are able to get a connection on the terrace and by the pool.
Each bedroom also has individual aircon units, again with hot and cold temperature control to provide cool air in summer and heating in winter. The bedding is white cotton for coolness in the summer. We provide plenty of towels, lovely fresh whites bath towels which we replace regularly. Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has double bed and third bedroom has 2 single beds.
En-suite to master bedroom has large walk-in shower, extractor fan and heated towel rail. House bathroom has bath with shower over.
We have ceiling fans in every room and on the terrace outside, they are a necessity in summer and really do keep the villa cool.
The villa is set on a 525 sq metre plot and is totally private and secure. The pool is larger than your average pool, 9 x 5 m. The garden has been designed with children in mind, it is flat and has been flagged rather than tiled. Tiles heat up in the sun and you cannot walk on them without burning your feet, you will find you can walk on the flags quite comfortably. We have a wooden playhouse with toys. The pool has steps at the shallow end where small children can play. We have 2 large parasols to provide plenty of shade if required. There is plenty of seating areas and sun loungers outside and also a rooftop solarium with a table and chairs.
The villa is situated in a peaceful location with mountain views from the terrace and is about 10-15mins walk to the nearest commercial zone where there is a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops and La Marina beach is about 6 mins drive away. The villa is only 20mins drive from Alicante airport and it is centrally based for visits to Alicante, Benidorm, Javea, Altea or south to Guardamar, Torrevieja, Playa Flamenca or Cabo Roig.
Our villa is maintained and updated regularly, we visit 3 times a year and always have a project to do. As you can see, we like to spend time and money on our villa to ensure we and our guests have a fantastic stay. So many villa owners take your money but don't re-invest it into the villa. The villa has heating via the air conditioning units. There is a heated towel rail in the en-suite bathroom.
